If your design order has been sent out and no email has been returned to us as undeliverable, we reserve the right as per PayPal that our attempt at sending the order has completed successfully. We will make all attempts that you will receive your design order successfully.

Please check your email program that you don't have attachments blocked, service provider, junk mail folder, deleted folder or your email address listed with PayPal before claiming you have not received your design order. Most claims are because of one or more of the above listed items and very rarely that your order has not been sent yet.
Please allow time as designs are NOT instant download.
